Mike is one of the best realtors in the business. He helped me and my mom find exactly what I needed for our needs and the price we were looking for. Besides knowing MICHAEL for the majority of his life, he’s always been a great realtor . He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough . When showing a house he looks at every detail and conveys his expertise to his clients. I’ve had MICHAEL as an agent twice and his generosity with his time far exceeds other realtors I’ve dealt with when out of the Montco area. He works very hard to get prompt showings of houses you may be interested in and he never rushes you when you’re examining a house. You may think he’s not paying attention while you’re inspecting a prospective house, but in reality he is noticing everything and will give you a detailed examination of the house. He lets you draw your own conclusions but his insight is so very valuable. He knows the best ways to proceed with your offers, and walks with you every step of the way. He helped us find our dream house and jumped through all the barriers to make it happen and our situation wasn’t an easy purchase. However, with Michaels expert assistance we are now extremely happy in our new home.

Michael is the best! Michael helped my wife and I buy our first house earlier this year. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions about different parts of the process and Michael was able to answer all of them. He is patient, experienced, well-informed, honest, and helpful. He was quick to respond to all of our emails and calls and promptly set up showings whenever we needed them, over all parts of Montgomery County, often on short notice. I wanted to downsize and sell my house and was looking for a relator that I could trust with a lot of experience, dedicated, good reputation for providing excellent service, good insight into the market, knowledgeable of the area, and had the right personality to work with me. I chose Michael for my realtor because he had all these qualifications. Michael was excellent, he did not rush me or pressure me into a sales agreement or to list the house. He first wanted to understand why I wanted to sell, where I was going to go after I sold the house, and wanted to make sure that I had considered everything before selling. Michael spent the time to guided me through the selling process, was extremely responsive, and handled the whole process making it very easy. He brought in a professional photographer who took great pictures of the house showcasing it’s features. The house sold quickly and the whole process went smoothly. I recommend Michael to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home he is very dedicated, extremely knowledge and will assist you through the whole process.

Michael knows the area inside and out. I've bought and sold two houses with him in Montgomery County, and it always went smoothly... Not to mention, how quickly he was able to move both properties.

Michael was so helpful in guiding us during our first home purchase. He listened to our wishlist and literally held our hands through the whole process. Over the last 5 years Michael has helped me with purchasing and then selling my first home, and then purchasing another home. As a first time home buyer Michael was patient, open to helping me find a home that was perfect for me, and had a ton of valuable information to share. When selling my home he was efficient, tactical, and got me a great return on my investment. Finally, he recently helped me and my husband purchase our new home in a very tough market. He was again patient as well as realistic, and worked as a great advocate on our behalf to not only create a competitive offer, but also help us stand out as buyers as much as possible. Michael is a gem and actually made the entire process of buying a home FUN. His knowledge of the area, home values and market trends, and home availability is unmatched, but what I appreciated most about him was his honesty. He’d be the first to tell me if he thought something wasn’t a good investment. Also — he knows about the construction of a home, not just the appearance. As we walked through homes, he took the time to tell me what he saw as potential issues, and what he thought was worth the investment. And he’s FUNNY. I laughed the entire time and enjoyed touring homes with him! You are in GREAT HANDS with Michael as your realtor. I’ll never use anyone else!

Michael Torres has helped us buy 2 houses and sell one. We had very particular requirements each time, and Michael was tireless in his search for houses for us, often traveling over an hour from our current house to check things out. He had great suggestions for what to work on to make the house we were selling more attractive to buyers, and brought in a professional photographer to make the house look flattering. The house inspectors noted his experience with the process, as he walked with them, as did the other parties doing the paperwork. He helped us negotiate on the purchase of both (which we got well below asking), and the sale of ours. I hope to be in our current place for 15+ years, but if i have any Realtor needs, Michael is my first call.
